Welcome to Fit and Fulfilled!
Hi, I’m Tracy, and I’m so glad you found my blog. I’m here to inspire and encourage you to live an active, healthy lifestyle, develop a positive mindset, and find your balance.
I’m a busy mom of two girls, fitness fanatic, coffee lover, and wine enthusiast. I created Fit and Fulfilled after my second baby to share my journey in motherhood while striving to live a happier, healthier, and fitter life. It’s hard to do it all, and as women, we often feel like making ourselves (and our health!) a priority is somehow taking away from our families.
I’m a CRNA by day, but my true passion is fitness. I love early morning sunrise runs, lifting weights, and trying every new boutique fitness class I can! I’m just finding my strength again after having a baby, learning to love my body, designing a happy family life, and balancing my love of baking and wine with my passion for health and fitness.
I live in Fort Worth, Texas with my 2 girls Lindsey and Lauren. We love traveling, TCU football, and walking to the local farmer’s market on the weekends. And every once in a while I can even convince them to get out on the golf course with me!

Here at Fit and Fulfilled, you’ll find quick and effective workouts (so you still have time for the other million things on your to-do list!), healthy recipes (and some not-so-healthy recipes, you know, for balance!), and other tips on developing your mindset.

My Story

Fitness became my passion during my first pregnancy. Weight training made me feel strong and energized during a time most women feel drained.

Thanks to exercise, I had a fast and easy delivery then lost all my pregnancy weight within a few months. I was hooked on weight training!

I did it all over again a few years later with my second daughter, and then embarked on a new fitness endeavor of training for and competing in a bikini competition (all while breastfeeding)!

Now, I motivate and empower busy women and moms to tone up and get leaner and stronger to feel more healthy, energized, and confident. It’s all about learning to balance food and fitness with real life (like happy hours!) for a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life!

And I take my family along on the ride too! Which means the kitchen gets a little messy because the kids love helping me bake healthy recipes, packing up the Double Bob for a mommy/daughters run every weekend, and slightly less efficient workouts when the kids “reorganize” my exercise equipment while exercising with me at home!
