Healthy and delicious cookies made from oats and bananas with a little extra protein! Because they contain no flour or refined sugar, this the perfect cookie to eat as an on-the-go breakfast, a quick snack, or anytime you need just a little something sweet.

These healthy cookies are SO yummy, and they couldn’t be any easier!

First of all, they’re only 4 ingredients (well, 5 if you count salt, but I’m pretty sure you already have a pantry basic like salt, so I’m not counting it). They can also be whipped up and ready to eat in 15 minutes!

I feel like I can never buy the right amount of bananas for our family. One week, we seem to eat like 5 a day and run out by Tuesday. Then the next week the kids don’t want their Healthy Banana Pancakes, I don’t make as many smoothies, and we end up 8 black bananas by the end of the week.

I secretly love ending up with extra bananas because then I get to bake with them. Unfortunately, I seem to be the only one who likes banana bread so either I eat the entire loaf or it ends up in the trash (and there’s nothing I hate more than wasting food!).

So what can you do with all those overripe bananas? Make them into healthy COOKIES!

Mash them up, mix in some oats, protein powder for some extra flavor and a little protein, and add some mini chocolate chips (because otherwise they hardly count as cookies!) and you’ve got some healthy and delicious little cookies!

They’re full of fiber with a little protein for a healthy snack or easy breakfast to grab if you’re on-the-go. While these cookies are healthy, they’re still soft, sweet, and delicious for when you need just a little something to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Because you can switch up the protein flavor or mix-ins in the recipe, the cookie possibilities are almost endless! Try using vanilla protein powder or adding in chopped nuts, dried cranberries, cocoa nibs, or coconut flakes rather than chocolate chips for a completely different flavor combination!

Each cookie is around 60 calories each with no flour or refined sugar so you can enjoy them guilt-free!

I love them. My kids love them (and I can actually feel good about letting them eat these cookies). I might even be able to convince my banana-hating husband to love them (but if he sees me putting bananas in them he won’t even try them)!

And I know you’ll love them too!

If you make them, post a picture to Instagram and tag me in it so I can see!
